We are not able to change your User ID and password during the duration of your membership. If you changed you email address, please continue to use your original User ID to use our website. If you write to us for support, please include your original User ID so we can identify you along with your current email address so we can reach you. |
| When does my membership begin?
Your membership begins on the date that you signup. If you are not on a Basic Member, you will be billed on this day. If you are a Basic Member, your trial will begin (and include) this day and you will be billed when you upgrade your membership from My Account. |
| Can I cancel my membership?
Absolutely. Membership formulas are not time constrained. If you ever become dissatisfied you may cancel at any time during the course of your membership without any further obligations. |

| I have paid for 30 days but the day after, I was not successful to access the movie files, why?
There are various explanations. In the first place, the right to see the movies is based on a license depending on your membership choice. The license expires exactly the midnight of the 30th day. It could be that you forgot your license number or it was wrongly entered. Check the license details again and re enter. However, because of the possible technical problems associated with the internet, there may be a problem. In any case, you will need to inform us immediately quoting your login ID. |

| What should I do if I see an "Internet Access Error" or “Server Connection Error" while instantly watching a movie on my PC? If you receive an Internet Access or Server Connection Error, try these steps: First, make sure your computer has a live connection to the Internet and that your web browser is currently able to access web sites. If you are on a managed or secured network (for example at a hotel, public wireless access point, or business) make sure that you are properly logged in. Next, if you are running security software on your computer (for example: firewall, anti-virus, ad blocker, parental controls), temporarily turn it off and try playing a movie on Macben.Net again. If you are able to play a movie with the security software temporarily turned off, consult the instructions for your security software, or contact its manufacturer, for information on how to permit access to the Internet by the Macben Movie Viewer. Finally, if you know you have a fully-live, unblocked Internet connection, close all open web browser windows, re-open a single web browser window, and try playing a movie again. may also help to restart your computer before you try to play a movie again, especially if you have changed settings. | What is streaming?
Streaming is a term used to describe a means of media delivery. By streaming movies you can watch movie content without having to download the clips first. Just select a movie and it will play out immediately within the player window. |
| How can I write a review for a particular movie?
Just go to the description page of a particular movie and click "Write your own review". You can also see other members's reviews from there.

| How can I add, remove or modify the rank of a Movie in my Wishlist?
To add a Movie, click on the movie cover and press add to my Wishlist. To modify the rank, go to "My Wishlist" in My Account section. Change the ranking number next to every movie you want and press the "update" button. In the same way you can remove any movie from your Wishlist. In both cases, do not forget to press the "update" button. |
| How do the star ratings work?
We use a 5 star rating system that allows all members to rate movies they have seen. When you are logged in you can rate a movie by simply clicking on the appropriate number of stars. All your ratings will be stored and displayed as yellow stars. Ratings from other members will be displayed as red stars. When you rate movies you've seen Macben.Net have the technology to recommend other movies of a similar nature that you haven't yet seen! |
| How do I rate a movie?
When you rate a movie, what you do is purely express your opinion, based on your own personal tastes. You don’t have to be a trained movie critic. Simply click on the rating you want to give the movie, and you're done. Try to be honest here. If you loved the movie, it's ok |
| What if I really don't like the movie? Just rate it a 1, and we'll know you don't like movies like that one. Or ignore it. |

| What forms of payment do you accept? In order to give you the maximum payment flexibility, we accept all major credit cards and other forms of online payment. Please e-mail us at billings@macben.net for any further details. |
| What day will I be charged? If you are a Premium Member, your monthly license fee will expire and you will be denied access 12:01am on the monthly anniversary of your first charge. If your first charge was on the 21st of the month, your next charge will be on the 21st of the next month and so on. We do not currently support automatic recurring billing. Likewise if you are a VIP Member, you will be billed on the 8th day. |
